Hanshi Fred Buck of Peoria, AZ is a 57 year practitioner of martial arts and as a 9th Dan, he is among the highest ranked practitioners of Kyokushin Karate in this country.  Hanshi Buck was a member of ATAMA many years ago when ATAMA was a very new association, and now is the Chief Examiner of Kyokushin Karate for ATAMA.
